भीड़ में नफ़रत की बयार देखते रहे
कोई बचाने न आया एक मासुम को
भीड़ में कितने थे मगर सब शुमार देखते रहे

परिभाषा ,विस्तार ओर उद्भव

माब लिंचिग दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है mob का अर्थ है क्रोधित भीड़ ओर‌ lynching का अर्थ है उग्र हिंसा aggressive violence।जब क्रोधित भीड़ infuriated ओर बेकाबु rampant भीड़ किसी इंसान को बिना अपराध‌ ओर अफवाह के आधार पर on basis of rumour हत्या कर देती है तो ऐसा अंधा कानुन भीड़ की हिंसा कहलाता है।

mob lynching has been made by two words.mob means infuriated crowd and lynching means aggressive violence .when livid and rampant throng murders any person on basis of rumour and without any offence then such blind law is known as mob lynching.

इस जंगली कानुन के अन्तर्गत न्यायसंगत न्याय प्रक्रिया ओर मानव‌ अधिकारों को पुरी तरीके से ताक में रख दिया जाता है put into cold storage ।उग्र भीड़ किसी निर्दोष को पीट कर मार देती है beat somebody black and blue और उसके साथ मनमाना अन्याय arbitary injustice करती है।

the justified judicial process and human rights have been put into cold storage throughly under this barbaric law .the rabble beats someone black and blue to death and arbitary injustice is administered with him.

इस बर्बर कानुन barbaric का उद्भव orginate 1780 में अमेरिका में हुआ था ।इस बेरहम कानुन‌ ruthless को विलियम लिंच ने पैदा किया था ।फिर‌ यह जंगली कानुन savage law जंगल‌के आग की तरह पुरे विश्व में फैल‌ गया था। spread like world fire

this barbaric law had been originated in America in 1780.this ruthless law had been engendered by William lynch.then savage law had been spreaded like wild fire of jungle in the entire world.

यह कानुन निम्न परिस्थितियों में विकराल हो जाता

loom larger है।

this law becomes loom larger in the following circumstances…….

1.कोई भी विशेष समुदाय अपना उल्लु सीधा करने के लिए to feather their own nest इस कानुन को अपना हथियार बनता है।

any specific community makes this law as its weapon to feather its own nest

2.भीड multitude का ना तो विशेष चेहरा होता है ना ही विवेकशील दिमाग judicious mind ।इसलिए सही ओर गलत के मध्य विभेद‌करना discriminate एक भागीरथी प्रयास होता है uphill task ।

the multitude has neither specific face nor judicious mind.to discriminate between pros and cons is an uphill task.

3.यह कानून पागलपन lunacy ओर सामाजिक नफ़रत social hate /abhor के परिधी ambit को पार करता scale है और एक मासुम इंसान को बलि के बलि का बकरा scape goat बनना पड़ता है।

when this law scales ambit of lunacy and social abhor.and an innocent person has to be scape goat of immolation.

4.जब दबी हुई pent up नफ़रत ओर द्वेष malice जहर‌ उगलती spew venom है तो माब लिंचिग जैसी शर्मनाक घटना shameful act घटित होती है।

when pent up hate and malice spew venom then shameful act like mob lynching is happened.
