  नैनं छिद्रन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावक: ।

न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुत ॥

हिंदी अनुवाद: आत्मा को न शस्त्र काट सकते हैं, न आग उसे जला सकती है। न पानी उसे भिगो सकता है, न हवा उसे सुखा सकती है।
English Translation: Weapons cannot shred the soul, nor can fire burn it. Water cannot wet it, nor can the wind dry it.

lord Krishna had told to Arujna that our soul is immortal while our body is mortal .because soul  cannot be cut with any weapons .soul cannot be burnt by fire .soul cannot be wetted by water.soul cannot be dried by air.

in a nut shell we can say that our soul is immortal and eternal . to repent of death is worthless.death is eternal truth .it can discriminate for neither a mendicant nor a monarch.our soul can morphed into another body .our soul can change only our body .other wise our soul is immortal for ever.

nothing is everlasting in the world .everything is fleeting in the world .only  our deeds are immortal.we must not repent over profit and loss .we should shed tears over sudden demise of our kith and kin .death and life is in the hands of almighty
 God .
